it's another nite of burning the midnight oil...
i was intending to blog bout today earlier on but i was too preoccupied with working on my essay dat i decided to blog when i'm done wif it. i'm e kinda person who is very task-oriented & doesnt like to break e momentum once i set my hands on doing sth. anyway..e essay is still not completed yet but i'm gonna call it a day..my eyes & brain cant take it anymore. so i shall make a quick update on today's RP gals outing!
RP gals had our ktv session (been ages since we last sang ktv together) at K-Garden in Serangoon Gardens. e place was introduced by cand..though i vaguely rem having been there b4 coz it seems kinda familiar..most likely shld haf been there once wif ling they all.
but anyway it was comparatively cheap..$6.99++ for any time btw 2pm to 8pm, with 2 drinks per head..& e variety of drinks is quite alot. we even tried some of their drinks which had fanciful names..though nt having e slightest idea wat they will taste like..haha. anyway jer went abit too high during e last few songs..& started singing and dancing in e room as if it was her solo concert..haha..but e worst thing of all is, we were being "victimized" by her! u shld haf seen our pathetic faces and body positions..& we were almost out of breath by e last song when we werent e ones singing at all..haha. well to give jer face, i shall nt explicitly describe wat she did to us haha.
anyway after bout 4 hrs of singing & half an hr of jer's crazy performance..haha..we had our dinner at Chomp Chomp. & here's wat we shared..which amounted to bout 10 bucks per person =p
1) Fried Hokkien Mee ($3)
2) Fried Kway Teow ($5)
3) Pizza ($5)
4) Sambal Kangkong ($5)
5) BBQ Stingray ($8)
6) 10 sticks of Chicken Satay & 2 Ketupat ($5)
7) 1 huge glass of Sugar Cane drink ($3)
8) 1 Chocolate Beancurd, 1 Mango Beancurd & 1 Ah Balling Egg Beancurd ($5)
dat's alot rite??? we realised so too after excitedly ordering them haha. we were so bloated after eating & thus decided to walk frm Sgoon Gardens to e NYJC busstop..admiring some of e nice private houses along the way & talking bout wat kinda houses we wish to live in next time haha. well we then went our own ways after reaching the busstop.
& then it was back to facing e killer essay when i gt home..i dunno how many times i hafta look at it. i cant wait to finish it up. i plan to do so e latest by sat. well i better. my break is almost used up by this one essay. arghhhhhhhhhh....... sorrie pls let me vent my frustration here.
okie..enuf..i'm heading to bed..tml i'll still hafta go back to campus for a project meeting..& it's e geog module again. *shudders at the thought of it*
