i was hoping to end e yr 2006 in a more interesting way..but by poor luck, it didnt really turn out e way i was hoping for..esp e cancelled lobster + firefly trip which i was so looking forward to spend wif my dearest friends! actually, we already had a programme plan laid out for e 29th & e 30th..but in e end, we only carried out one activity =(
Original programme plan:
--> K-lunch @ Kbox
--> Chocolate Fondue @ Haagen Daz
--> Mahjong @ ling's place
--> Stayover for e nite
--> Leave for our one day lobster + firefly trip
After we gt e disappointing news dat e trip was cancelled, our plan was changed to:
--> K-lunch @ Kbox
--> Dinner @ Indulgz Bistro
--> Tong Xiao Mahjong @ ling's place
BUT...our actual plan turned out as:
--> Lunch @ Jack's Place in Marina Sq
--> Mahjong @ ling's place frm e evening all e way to today morning
& then i went home to catch up on my sleep.
well we didnt go for ktv in e end coz when we arrived, e K-lunch thingy was over & we found e normal charges too ex. & coz min's was nt feeling too well, so we skipped e dinner thingy & juz stayed in @ ling's place for mahjong.
but it's ok lah..at least i still had a pretty enjoyable time wif e gals..& we had our xmas gift exchange =) i received my gift frm ling..thanx dar for e "princess care kit" u put together for me! oh yah & we played 4 whole rounds of mahjong wif a higher stake tis time..initially i was losing badly..had a deficit of more than 25 bucks..but luckily i managed to win back enuf money to cover my losses & only lost $1.60 at e end. phew!
well tml i'm being jio-ed to play mj again after a fren's bdae party..tis time wif my other mj kakis. looks like e end of my yr 2006 is dedicated to mahjong-ing haha.
