i'm really thankful for tis week coz it's by far e best week for me since i started working, discounting the 1st 2 weeks when it was still e honeymoon period when i juz started work. esp after having fought a hard battle for e past 2 mths, tis wk is really a blessed wk for me. i cld do my work at a leisure pace, e latest dat i've left e office is 8pm & i hardly had to bring any work home to do =)
& best of all, i gt to meet some of my frenz after being cooped up in e office with no social life for e past 3 weeks becoz of my hectic work schedule & late working hours!
Mon - prata gathering at Fong Sing with my colleagues & 2 ex-colleagues where we chatted & gossiped about our work, bosses etc. well times have really changed..previously chat sessions over prata at Fong Sing were usually with uni/camp friends..but now it's wif colleagues after working hours.
Tues - yoga lesson wif jer. becoz of work, i either gave my yoga lessons a miss or turned up late for them. 1st time in dunno how long i was nt late for e lesson haha.
Wed - decided to leave tis day to haf dinner at home, but had a short meetup wif xiaoqi before going home. we had sushi at Sakae near our workplace. as usual, we talked bout work. at least tis time i didnt haf dat much to complain..really hope i wldnt haf dat much to complain frm now on.
Thurs - was supposed to meet e CNM gals for dinner at New York New York but they fly my plane! =( haha. initially though 2 of them cldnt make it, e other 3 of us thought of going ahead wif e dinner but in e end, coz of e rain, we decided to push back e gathering to next wk. so am really hoping dat next wk i'll still be as free. & i felt quite sian to go home straight so gave ling a call & happen she was going for a massage @ Roxy Square so i decided to join her but opted for a facial instead. simply luv e clean feeling after facials! haha. anyway after pampering ourselves, we had a late dinner at Ajisen then walked all e way to East Coast Park's Coffee Bean for a Mocha Mudslide & Mango Cheesecake =p seeing those pple having bbqs & chalets at ECP makes me so envious! i want one too!
Fri - TGIF! well tis is really e slackest fri i ever had. dropped by to take a look at e IBM event (e project which was e main cause of my late nights over e past mth) in e afternoon & shun bian went to meet ling for lunch coz she happened to be at Tanjong Pagar though i was at Suntec. we went to have lunch near Arab Street coz ling was tempted to buy some jewelry stuffs though it's been like ages since we touched our jewelry work. well hopefully can get back to working on them soon but dun think will be able spend too much time on tis biz anymore. anyway after dat, i headed back to my office to finish up e day's work before going off to meet maxine for dinner. her hubby came along & we went to fish & co for their seafood platter. though i'm definitely nt a fan of fish but i like their seafood platter! i was craving for some shopping so planned to do late night shopping since it was e last fri of e wk..but realised dat alot of shops were already closed at 11pm. so i didnt get to retail therapy =(
well nvm later i will be meeting joa for dinner..hopefully can sneak in some time for retail therapy!! alrite, i'm going to mop e floor now..will be back blogging more!
