juz spent e last 3 hrs cleaning up tis database for my work. luckily i chose to spend e rest of e day at home today after e Great Eastern Women Run so at least i had e time to do tis..didnt expect it wld take me so long. anyway back to my run. erm seriously everything turned out quite suay today. it started out wif me forgetting to bring my number bib. luckily i gt cand's msg bout e bib when i was at e train station so at least i was nt too far frm home. so i walked all e way back to get e bib & had no choice but to take a cab down coz i was running late. when i reached, cand was still sitting by e pavement wif JM & she said our run hasnt started. so we waited a while more..but started getting doubtful..so we checked wif e information counter & realised e run had already started some time ago, but e person told us there was one more flag off soon.

so we rushed to e starting point..whereby in e rush, i dropped by hairband (so i had to run wif my loose hair) & e button of my shorts came off & gt lost in e grass..luckily i was wearing FBT shorts inside. anyway cand & i spotted some pple running so we quickly joined them & started our run..only to find out after running for bout 10mins dat we were reaching e finishing line! faint! it means we started off wrongly..dat was nt e starting pt! & we cldnt figure out where e starting pt was..so guess wat? as we did nt want to waste e trip down juz to run dat pathetic distance, we decided to juz run thru e same route..so in e end we went past e finishing line thrice! i noe it sounds dumb haha.

well so all in all i spent $15.70 on top of e $25 registration fee to run bout 2.5km ard e padang! biggest joke of e yr rite? haha. k lah at least i gt a red addidas top in return..& seriously i did sweat out coz we ran very diligently after discovering e booboo we made..haha

anyway after e run, we 3 went to raffles city's soup spoon for some light meal. & then we discovered dat e Donut Factory queue was surprisingly quite short today. so having nt tried their donuts b4, we decided to seize e opportunity to queue for e donuts since everytime in e past, when we passed by e shop, e queue will be super long. so we all bought ourselves some donuts..'m gonna give e donuts a try & see how gd it is to deserve dat long queue..haha..& see if it is similar to e donuts i gt frm batam..aww..i miss batam..ok actually i dun really miss e place, i miss e trip & e cheap A&W & pizza hut!=p

alrite, dat's more or less bout my day coz e rest of e day was spent at home sleeping & using e com. well it's gonna be e start of another working week again..BUT i muz haf positive thoughts..like..

i should be getting my pay tis wk.
i'll be meeting up wif e CNM gals for dinner (finally. hope no plane-flying again!)
i'll be meeting up wif my Singtel "family" after sooo long..
i'll get to meet up wif RP gals & Sera (it's been pretty long since we all met up too)
i'll be having a free haircut. (i need one coz my hair is becuming cui again)

so i shld be looking forward to tis week rite? =)
