juz finished a blog entry on our Touch blog regarding our Xmas celebration as i was requested to do so & thus decided to do a quick entry on my own blog since i'm still on the blogger page..though i'm really very sleepy at tis moment.
gt myself up at 10am today, did some work stuffs and then went down to compasspt to meet a fren who wanted to go through some insurance stuffs with me. i had to bring my office laptop with me as i had to send out some xmas e-cards to clients whom i've nv met or spoke to b4..all becoz of my lazy superior who needed me to send e cards on her behalf..arghh..caused me so much time & trouble! caused me to have to lug e heavy laptop wif me to meet cand coz i decided to go to her place to use her net after we r done wif our shopping. so it wasnt exactly a pleasant shopping experience lugging a laptop wif me..but i still managed to get my retail therapy!
gt myself a pair of working pants frm cand's fav shop at Square 2 & also a gel eyeliner frm The Face Shop. also gt myself a manicure coz i felt it was time to pamper myself a little tis Xmas =p cand also pampered herself wif a haircut which she tried to psycho me into getting one too..but i stubbornly refused to haha..coz i felt i wasnt in need of a haircut as yet..wld rather spend e money on a manicure which i've been quite tempted to do since some time back.
anyway went over to cand's place after we were done wif our shopping to use her net to send out e xmas e-cards..kinda pissed dat i've to waste my time doing tis for my lazy superior..i cld haf been home doing sth else..wat's more i still haf work stuffs to do lor..but am not "awake" enuf to do them now..luckily i dun hafta go to work tml coz it's been declared a full rest day for my company! but will be going for xmas lunch treated by my superior..buffet at Sakura..gonna eat till my heart's content..since she's paying for it! haha.
after e lunch, i'll most prob cum home to do some work 1st & might be going countdown wif maxine..hopefully can feel some xmas mood then..coz i really dun sense e xmas mood tis year..probably coz i've been too bogged down by work lately & knowing there's more to come has somehow caused e holiday mood to evaporate =(
