i finally received a call frm e Samsung service center with regards to my phone today afternoon, after i've called them twice last week to check on e status of my phone since they told me it shld be ready within 3 days when i sent it for repair last sun. but it was nt good news for me..coz e person told me dat some components in my phone haf been corroded and i'll need to top up $300 plus to get it fully repaired! of course i decided to forget it, since it's definitely not worth it. so i had to sadly accept e fate of my poor phone.
i informed my sis who was supposed to drop by PS after work today to check if my phone is ready..& told her to juz go there to collect my phone's "corpse". BUT i received a call frm my sis at bout 8 plus to tell me dat she & her fren (who's an expert in complaining) raised an issue wif e staff at e sales center, and after some complaining & negotiating, they agreed to waive off my repair charges tis time, but on e condition dat my warranty will be voided after 2 weeks upon collection of my repaired phone. yeah..three cheers for my sis! haha..i can get my dear phone revived without any charges! =) but i can only get it back next wk after CNY..so i gotta make do wif my backup phone for a couple more days.
1 & a half more days to e CNY break..can't wait!
