still nt fully recovered frm e lack of sleep..but decided to do some blogging here b4 i leave for my tuition & driving lessons later.

ytd was a long day out..fulfilling yet somehow emotionally triggering.

e day started out wif waking up at 5am to send part-timey cand off at e airport. we had breakfast at Burger King..yummy! it's been ages since i last had BK's breakfast..but e best feeling is having to enjoy a relaxing chat over breakfast, esp at one of my fav place - Changi Airport!

after cand left, i decided to rush back home to catch some sleep b4 going for touch..but it was a really pathetically short nap..less than an hr..but better than nth. so headed down to touch wif KH & started e visiting. tis time i gt to visit a new elderly..an old man who look quite healthy on e outside but i later found out dat he is diagnosed wif lung cancer, attributed by his smoking habit. which made me feel quite sad..esp after noticing dat he was actually quite frail. i seriously wish he'll stay strong. anyway after dat, we moved on to visit 2 other elderly who were in a pretty good mood dat day, so it kinda uplifted my mood after chatting wif them.

when e visit ended, as usual, e volunteers went for our lunch at e hawker centre nearby. after lunch & some chatting session, i headed down to dhoby ghaut but my friend was late, so i decided to hang ard at PS 1st, & so coincidentally i bumped into Sera on my way there..act she was e one who spotted me & called out to me. so since she was nt in a rush & i was still waiting, so we walked ard PS for a while, until my friend finally arrived and Sera left for her church.

since we had time to spare b4 our movie at 5 plus, we walked ard & had ice cream at Ben & Jerry's at The Cathay..after which, we went for our movie - Sky of Love. i've been wanting to watch tis movie & glad dat i cld get to catch it b4 its screening ended. though e storyline was quite predictable, it still moved me to tears. anyway dinner at tis jap restaurant (coz i had a craving for sushi) at e basement level followed after e movie. it was my 1st time eating there..e food was quite ok but e good thing was dat all sushi is selling at only 99 cents there!

after e dinner, we decided to go wif our original plan of our trip to e beach since it was nt raining. so we headed all e way down to ECP..waited very long for e bus at Bedok, thus it was already 10 plus when we finally settled down by e seaside. e heart-to-heart talk there actually turned me emotional which i tried to hide. anyway we ended off e day by having a drink at mac & then i headed home in a cab, which is when i let my emotions run.

is e answer already somewhere in my heart?
