at least tis time, e activities for sat did go according to plan =)
1) visited grandma at her nursing home wif my mum and sis
2) went wif dear to Si Ma Lu Guan Yin Miao to pray coz quite a couple of unfortunate incidents haf happened to dear in e month of Sept and i have also been undergoing a pretty down period recently..hope things will turn out better for us frm e mth of Oct onwards.
3) bought a new mp3 player at Sim Lim Square coz i lost mine a few weeks back. yeah finally have music to accompany me on my trips to and back frm work again.
4) went to dear's house to cook alfredo pasta wif ham and cheese sausage for dinner (this was impromptu though)
5) went to view e lighted displays - Lantern Fantasy 2008 at Chinese Garden..it's been eons since i last stepped into chinese garden so it was quite refreshing to explore e place again and e displays were rather cute coz e theme was based on Sanrio characters.
after leaving chinese garden at 11pm, we still headed down to town, wanting to catch a movie..but e timings were pretty late hence we spent an hr or so slacking outside. we felt rather sian after making a wasted trip down to town, but made up for it by catching "My Best Friend's Girl" today at amk hub instead. and we went to eat Botak Jones for dinner after e movie. my 1st time trying Botak Jones after hearing quite alot bout it frm friends. i tried their cajun chicken which didnt taste as good as i expected it wld..might try other dishes next time when there's a chance.
i realised dat without fail, every sunday i feel tis super sian feeling..no matter wat i'm doing. but at least there's gonna be a public holiday tis week. muz keep reminding myself to be positive..i dun wanna sink back into dat depression mode again. e feeling is terrible.
