dinner on friday consisted of meatballs, chicken wings, poached salmon & princess cake from ikea..yummy! after e satisfying dinner wif dear and his family, dear & i headed to town to catch a movie - Burn After Reading..after a long decision coz there wasnt really any movie dat we were particularly interested in watching. and e movie turned out erm..pretty lame i wld say. haha.

on sat, i finally visited e newly opened swimming complex near my house wif my sis coz she woke me up in e morning, suggesting to go swimming. i realised it's been ages since i went for swim..and it actually felt quite good dipping myself in e pool on a weekend morning. wat's more there's still jacuzzi and slides at e new swimming complex. gives me more motivation to go swimming on weekends next time =)

after e refreshing swim and lunch back home, i went to meet dear and his friends to pick out our halloween costumes at a costume shop..it'll be my 2nd time going for a halloween party! e costume shop had super lots of costumes but it was really messy and difficult to find sth if u didnt already haf one in mind. i wldnt first reveal wat i finally picked (though it's nt sth unique also)..shall reveal it nearer to halloween haha. anyway my sat night was spent playing board games at Mind's Cafe..which i juz did a week ago..but wif a different company..so i still had fun! then it was dessert at nydc wif dear b4 heading home for a good night's rest.

as for today..e usual tuition lesson followed by spending e rest of e day slacking at home..it may be kinda boring but e best thing is dat i dun hafta touch any work and also coz i cant seem to access my office email from home tis weekend..which means there's nth i can do also.

btw mentioning bout work..my major project is almost near completion..i'll nt be entirely freed from it..coz there will still be reports to do for e coming weeks & months..but at least a huge burden has been lifted off my shoulders. tis entire project has caused me e most trouble, pains, time, sleeping hours and even tears since it started bout 3 months ago. thank god. it's finally coming to an end!
