met with some crisis on Fri..which caused me to be late for my year-end dinner at Rendevous Hotel..and dat's nt e end..i had to get up at 9am on sat morning to continue settling e crisis..was stuck at my com and making lots of calls till almost 1pm. e issue has sort of been solved but i'm still quite worried. i'm now juz praying hard...
well anyway upsetting things aside..after e dinner on fri, i went wif dear to one of our fav pak tor places - e river place along clark quay..where i drank e bacadi i bought frm Cheers..needed to drown my troubles. anyway we had our heart-to-heart talk till it was past 1am then headed back home in a cab.
after settling my issue e whole sat morning, i went down to bugis to meet dear. went to source for some costumes for my event on thurs..after which we went to si ma lu to pray. after checking out cathay & ps for movies but cldnt get one at a suitable timing, we headed to national library to slack and browse thru books. we had 'ma la huo guo' for dinner..reminds me of e last time i had 'ma la huo guo' at cameron highlands when e weather was cold..so shuang..haha. anyway for dessert, we indulged in chocolate fondue at Indulgz Bistro..but a pity e chocolate hardened quite fast. and e last destination was enjoying e cool breeze by e river at boat quay..u see how much we love sitting by e river..haha =p
anyway as for today, i stayed home e whole day..stuck wif work again..but went out for dinner wif my parents at Punggol Plaza.
well i noe tis week is gonna be real busy and stressful for me..coz i've an event on thurs (last event of e year) and it's quite a big scale one. and e crisis has left an unsettling feeling in me. i need loads of luck to survive this week.
