i kick-started my healthy lifestyle resolution wif a jog wif dear at e open area near his blk ytd. though after dat we indulged in not-too-healthy food for dinner (pizza, cheese sausage, campbell soup and ben & jerry's ice-cream) but they r nevertheless happy food for us =p anyway after e dinner, we watched a downloaded movie at his place and i headed home after past midnight.

as for today, i spent e afternoon doing my work then went for dinner wif my parents to a food court near buangkok mrt. though it's only for a couple of hrs, but i noe my parents r glad to have my company and dat makes me happy too..coz one of my resolutions tis year is to spend more time wif my family. i felt dat i've neglected them quite alot in e past year due to work and social commitments so i really need to regain e balance.

anyway i managed to catch quite alot of sleep tis weekend, which i noe is good since i dun get sufficient sleep during e weekdays. but i'm hoping dat i can sleep away less of my weekend mornings (but still have at least 8 hours of sleep)..then i can actually do more things during e weekend. let me start going in search for e motivation. and i guess i need to try to sleep earlier on weekdays if i can..so i won't need to sleep so much on weekends.
