fully maxed out my weekend..though it tired me out, it was definitely fulfilling!

finally managed to get out of work earlier than usual on fri and had dinner together wif my colleagues and dear. we actually had plans to dine and chill out at Overeasy at One Fullerton but it turned out dat their food variety is little and over-priced..so we ended up at Marina Square's Changing Appetite. but juz for dinner..didnt get to satisfy my drinking crave haha. but maybe it's a good thing dat i didnt drink or else i might have problem getting up e next day which i had to wakie super early.

started my day on sat at 7.15am..coz i volunteered to partake in the Touch Elderly's Changi Airport outing..and cand came along as well. we had breakfast first before everyone gathered at tanah merah mrt and then brought e elderly to T3. i took charge of an elderly lady in wheelchair..which was slightly more energy-zapping and was also a test of my wheelchair handling skills haha. but on e overall, e experience was really fulfilling..coz all e elderly seem so happy to get a chance to visit T3. i really miss these times of volunteering..and will try to go back to it whenever i can find e time and energy. i noe it'll definitely bring a renewed shade of meaning to my hectic life.

anyway after e elderly left, we were famished and had lunch at xin wang hong kong cafe at e airport, then headed down to e JobsDB career fair which was actually a waste of time..coz there was hardly any company/job of our interest there. so after scanning through for less than an hour, we went for e Kenko 10 min massage to loosen our tensed muscles..and also walked ard Marina Square for a while b4 i went over to bugis to meet dear. we walked ard bugis, had dinner at Sakae and lastly ended up at Mr Bean's cafe at Prinsep for drinks after a long walk from bugis to dat area trying to find an out-of-the norm cafe which will be opened till late night. didnt stay there too late though coz i had to go home early to catch more sleep.

went wif sera and hui for yun's solemnisation ceremony at Swissotel Merchant Court this morning. after e ceremony, it was lunch buffet at the Ellenborough Market Cafe there..had lots of salmon sashimi and their durian puree is good! anyway time really flies..known yun since sec sch..which is 11 years already..and she's e first among us to get married..really happy for her =) here's a pic of us and e newly weds!


anyway after e lunch, i headed straight home, took a pretty long nap and now hafta start on my work stuffs already. feeling sian again on a sun..but i'm glad it was at least a good weekend for me..and once again..i'm waiting for e arrival of e next weekend again..already haf plans in place..birthday celebrations =)
