it was an interesting sat for me..coz dear & i usually try to look for refreshing new things to do together..and here's wat we did!

i suggested bringing dear to where i grew up at in AMK since we had plans to spend e afternoon at AMK library. we had a budget lunch at one of e air-conditioned food centre before walking ard e neighbourhood..i saw dat quite a few of e shops were still ard even though i've moved for almost 8 years. anyway after dat, we walked over to AMK library and got ourselves a sofa seat, where we enjoyed our books and surfed e net on my laptop, while sipping away at our drinks. i love e relaxed feeling..i shld really do tis more often!

by 4pm, we left e library and headed back to my place for our first kite-flying session together. e field right in front of my block is always filled wif kite-flyers during weekend evenings..and it's actually quite a lovely sight wif e numerous colorful kites in e air. anyway so dear & i bought a kite wif a rather cute character frm e uncle by e roadside and started trying to fly e kite..unfortunately, it was nt really windy and e field was muddy..so wasnt really a good condition for kite-flying..but at least we haf kick-started tis activity and can do it more often in future!

we went back to my house to wash up before heading down to Cathay and settled for a quick dinner at a new eatery - The Indulge..they sell quite a wide variety of food which r quite reasonably priced. after dat, we went up for our movie - Murderer. Aaron Kwok acted pretty well but e plot had a lame twist to it. anyway after e movie, we spent e remaining of e night at Coffee Club having tea and dessert, and then it was home sweet home.

i had a urge to shop so asked cand, my shopping kaki out today and we went to town..went to check out Ion Orchard..it's quite huge and there were too many pple ard dat we didnt feel like staying too long there. decided to grab some dessert at Sun With Moon @ Wheelock Place coz cand had a craving for tofu cheesecake, after which i headed home for dinner.

tis spells e end of another great weekend! well i've to admit, though work is tough, life has been really good for me..so i muz always rem to count my blessings!
