it's a long weekend! and surprisingly, tis weekend did feel quite long to me..maybe coz it was not dat packed with programmes..but doesnt mean i was bored staying at home..coz i was still pretty occupied with stuffs.

well so here r e updates of my long weekend...

on thursday, i decided to push my remaining work aside at 7 plus, and went to meet dear for dinner. we had a last min change of plans coz 2 of my colleagues jio-ed us to go to a ktv pub. so dear & i settled for a simple dinner of frog leg porridge and bbq chicken wings at chinatown where we usually patronized when we were working at close proximity. after dat, we headed to e ktv pub to join my colleagues for a session of booze-drinking and chilling. we stayed till past midnight before heading home.

i spent half of my friday at home..a mix of doing work, watching tv & resting..before i headed down to sim lim to buy a brand new laptop..i've already decided on an acer laptop beforehand so was just going there to make payment and collect it. yeah..now i have a brand new, light-weight laptop for my new job! cant wait to ditch my old, heavy & problematic office laptop! haha. anyway after collecting my laptop, i travelled to katong to meet dear and his friends for a korean bbq dinner..filling! and after dat, we went to dear's friend's place for one & a half round's of mahjong before it was home sweet home.

spent another half of my saturday at home..continued with some work, had lunch, watched tv, went for a jog with my sis then headed out to meet joa. we went to tampopo at liang court for dinner and after dat i suggested checking out robertson quay for a dessert place. found our way there and settled at a cosy corner at Canele's where we had our drinks and a rich chocolate mousse cake. glad dat joa is like me..always more than delighted to have desserts after dinner! =)

today i went back to office in e late morning..wanted to pack and clear e rest of my stuffs in e office (coz i did start clearing for e past 2 weeks already). and i also stayed back to finish up my remaining work. after i was done, i went over to vivocity to meet dear..we had a craving for superdog so dat was what we had for a late lunch. and then i went around to look for farewell gifts for my colleagues..finally got the stuffs and some cards as well! now i'm back home..waiting for dinner. after which, i shall start preparing my farewell gifts & cards..coz i'm afraid i wont have e time to do so during weekdays.

anyway i'm counting down - one more week to my 2nd year anniversary celebration with dear at a boutique hotel, two more weeks to e finale of my job! well but it also means two more weeks of stress-fighting! but i believe i can do it =)
